Options for forms
We produce various types of forms including single sheet forms, 2 part, 3 part, and 4 part forms printed on bond paper or carbonless paper (also known as NCR multi part transferrable paper). Forms can be numbered, perforated, drilled with holes and stapled into books with wrap around covers. Forms are digital or offset printed in one color to full color.

How do I order forms?
Go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click on the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca.
What are the artwork guidelines?
Type, borders and logos should be 1/8″ in from product edges on all sides. For orders with bleeds (an extra amount of printed image which extends beyond the product edge), extend this image or background colour 1/8″ on all sides.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
Can I get help with the layout and design?
If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.
How are forms printed?
We custom print all your business forms on site at our Vancouver, BC location. Digital orders are printed in black or full color. Colors are converted to CMYK so there can be some colour variation when compared to Pantone® colors. RGB artwork will be converted to CMYK.
Do you offer bindery and finishing services?
Forms can be numbered, perforated, drilled with holes and stapled in books with wrap around covers. Contact us if you have any questions.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof is available at an additional charge.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 6 to 8 working days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders.

Do you ship across Canada and to the USA?
We deliver to individuals and businesses across Canada daily, small towns to large cities. We have accounts with a number of local and leading couriers including FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post.
