Standard paper bookmarks
Standard bookmarks are printed in full color on white, 12pt glossy card stock on 1 or 2 sides. Thicker paper, textured and colored stocks are available as well as the option of gloss, matte and soft touch laminate. Rounded corners and a pre-drilled hole can also be accommodated. Magnetic paper bookmarks
Magnetic bookmarks are gloss laminated with magnetic ends, pre-scored and printed in full color CMYK. Overall thickness is 13pt. When opened and laid flat, the outside front and back are considered one side. The side with the magnets is blank. Matte and soft touch laminates are available as well as thicker card stocks and rounded corners.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view past work and samples?
Additional samples of bookmarks are available to view on our Past Work page. We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which samples you are interested in. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs). Shipping charges may apply.
How do I order bookmarks?
Email your artwork and job details to us or go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click on the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, vector PDF files, as well as PSD, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
Can I get help with the layout and design?
If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.
Where are bookmarks printed?
We custom make bookmarks at our Vancouver, BC Canada shop. These eye-catching marketing products are available in various sizes and digital printed in full color CMYK. RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). Contact us for more info on emboss, foil and offset printing.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof is available at an additional charge.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 5 to 7 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders.
