Calendar Printing
Calendars can be custom printed with your logo, company info, photos and illustrations. Important dates pertaining to your business or industry can be added as well. Calendars are printed at our Vancouver, Canada shop. These items are made to order.
Types of Calendars
Various styles of desk, wall, perpetual, magnetic, tent cards, stickers, planners, dry erase and mouse pad calendars.
- Minimum order of 25 for most calendars.
- Variety of text paper and card stocks to choose from.
- Binding options: stapled, wire bound, coil bound and padded with tear off sheets.

- Different styles and sizes can be accomodated.
- Digital printed in full color CMYK. RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). Larger quantities will be offset printed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see a sample?
We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which samples you are interested in. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs). Shipping charges may apply.
How do I order?
Your photos and/or artwork can be emailed to us or visit our Order page to upload your files. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca. Please indicate the calendar month in your file names.
Do you provide artwork guidelines and templates?
Yes, you have the option of choosing from our calendar layouts and we will place in your images and logo or you can supply custom artwork with everything in place. Contact us for more details.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, vector PDF files, as well as PSD, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
Can I get help with the layout and design?
If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof is available at an additional charge.
Do you have stock photos?
We offer a wide range of beautiful, high quality photos of Canada, British Columbia, Canadian Wildlife, Northern Lights and much more. You can choose photos from one collection or a few photos from several collections. View our stock photos and winter scenery/holiday photos.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 7 to 9 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders.
How will my order be packaged?
Calendars are placed flat in boxes with packing paper. Contact us for a quote on inserting the product into envelopes and poly bags.

Do you ship across Canada?
We deliver to individuals and businesses across Canada daily, small towns to large cities. We have accounts with a number of local and leading couriers including FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post.
