Custom Printed Hang Tags
Hang tags have many uses including gift tags, fire and safety tags, product tags, wine bottle and equipment tags. Hang tags can be customized with your logo, art, contact info and products and services.

Tags can be printed on various types of white and colored card stocks ranging from 10pt to 36pt (extra thick – 800 gsm). Card stock options include coated, uncoated and textured finishes. We also offer waterproof synthetic paper, folding hang tags and tags with multiple layers. Printing is available on 1 and 2 sides. Tags can be digital, offset and letterpress printed. Foil, embossing/debossing available as well as gloss, matte and soft touch laminate.
Hang tags are available with square, rounded and angle cut corners and supplied pre-drilled. String, elastic and wire loops can be added. Reinforced holes with paper washers and metal eyelits can be accommodated.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view past work and samples?
Additional samples of hang tags are available to view on our Past Work page. We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which samples you are interested in. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs). Shipping charges may apply.
How do I order hang tags?
Go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click on the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, vector PDF files, as well as PSD, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
What are the artwork guidelines?
Type, borders and logos should be 1/8″ in from product edges on all sides. For orders with bleeds (an extra amount of printed image which extends beyond the product edge), extend this image or background colour 1/8″ on all sides.

Where are hang tags printed?
We custom print hang tags at our Vancouver, BC Canada shop. A wide range of card stocks and sizes available. Digital orders are printed in full color CMYK. RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK.
Can I submit multiple designs?
Yes, you can. Save when you place your order with multiple designs by getting the price for the total amount ordered. Based on the same product size. A charge of $20.00 or more is applicable per group print run. Contact us if you have any questions.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof and pre-production samples are available at an extra charge.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 5 to 6 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders.
