Pin buttons are digital printed in full color (CMYK) and laminated with a brilliant gloss that will highlight and enhance your artwork. Matte laminate also available.

Pin backs are the most popular option. We also offer garment magnets and badge clips for clothing and magnetic options for fridges. Mirror backs, keychains and bottle openers are available as well. Details on lightweight paperboard buttons

These items are digital printed in full color (CMYK) on card stock with a gloss laminated finish. Lightweight buttons are die cut in a custom shape with a pin attached to the back. Badge clips and garment magnets available as well.  Overall thickness is 18pt. Thicker paperboards and waterproof paper also available.

How do I order pin buttons?

Go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca. 

What artwork files do you accept?

We accept AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.

Can I get help with the layout and design?

If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.

How are buttons printed?

We make all your custom printed pin buttons on site at our Vancouver, BC location. Buttons are digital printed in full color (CMYK). RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK.

Can I submit multiple designs?

Yes, you can. Save when you place your order with multiple designs by getting the price for the total amount ordered. Based on the same product size. A charge of $20.00 or more is applicable per group print run. Contact us if you have any questions.

Will I receive a proof before printing starts?

A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. Printed color proofs and pre-production samples are available at an extra charge.

What is the turnaround time?

Production time is 5 to 7 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders.

How will my order be packaged?

Custom pin buttons are packaged loose in boxes with packing paper. Packaging buttons in resealable bags in set amounts is available as well as attaching buttons to cards. We also produce display/donation boxes, cards and bag toppers. Contact us for a quote.
