Details on paperboard coasters:
Paper drink coasters are available in white and brown kraft board in four different weights. White board is available in smooth and vellum (slightly textured) finishes. Coaster board (also known as beer mat or pulp board) has the traditional coaster vellum finish. Depending on your artwork and quantity, the smooth board may be recommended. Brown kraft board is made from 100% recycled materials with a vellum finish. Minimum order is 100 units. Drink coasters are digital printed in full colour (CMYK). – Light weight: smooth board, 18pt thick (1/2 mm approximately) – perfect for one time use.
– Medium weight: 40pt thick (1 mm approximately) – traditional weight, most popular option.
– Heavy weight: 60pt thick (1 1/2 mm approximately) – traditional weight.
– Extra heavy weight: 80pt thick (2 mm approximately).

These premium drink coasters are digital printed in full colour (CMYK) with the option of gloss, matte, or textured matte laminate finish. The surface we print on is white and then mounted to your choice of backing. Rubber backing is light weight and available in open cell and closed cell. The cork/rubber blend option is heavier than cork and rubber and made of cork and dense rubber. Cork backing is light weight and natural. Overall thickness is 1/8”. Minimum order is 100 units. Waterproof option available.

Hard top, domed drink coasters:

Coaster printing:
We custom print and die cut your coasters on site at our Vancouver, BC location. Drink coasters are digital printed in full colour (CMYK). RGB and Pantone® colours will be converted to CMYK. Contact us for a quote on offset printing.

Save when you place your order with multiple designs by getting the price for the total amount ordered. Based on the same product size. A charge of $20.00 or more is applicable per group print run.
Proofs for drink coasters:
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed colour proof and pre-production samples are available at an extra charge.
Production time for drink coasters:
Production time is 6 to 8 business days. Time will vary for large orders.
