Paperboard coasters

Paper drink coasters are available in smooth and vellum (slightly textured) finishes in four different weights. Coaster board (also known as beer mat or pulp board) has the traditional vellum finish. Depending on your artwork and quantity, the smooth board may be recommended.

Minimum order is 100. Paper coasters are printed in full color CMYK on white stock on 1 or 2 sides. Offset printing available for larger orders. Contact us if you have any questions or for a quote.

Cork | Rubber | Cork Rubber Blend backing options

These premium drink coasters are printed in full color CMYK with the option of gloss, matte, soft touch and textured matte laminated finish. The surface we print on is white and then mounted to your choice of backing. Rubber backing is available in open cell and closed cell. Cork/rubber blend is the heaviest option and made of cork and dense rubber. Cork backing is light weight and natural. Overall thickness is 1/8”. Waterproof options available.

Hard top drink coasters

These one-of-a-kind round drink coasters are rigid and have a cork/rubber blend backing. Available with gloss, soft touch and matte laminated finish. Overall thickness is 1/4″. Printed in full color CMYK. Check out these samples.

How do I order custom coasters?

Email your artwork and job details to us or go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca. 

What artwork files do you accept?

We accept AI, EPS, vector PDF files, as well as PSD, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.

Can I get help with the layout and design?

If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.

Where are drink coasters printed?

Proudly custom printing and making bar coasters at our Vancouver, BC Canada shop. Minimum order is 100. These high quality items can highlight your brand and message and make impressive gifts. Digital printed in full color CMYK. RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). Offset printing available for larger quantities.

Can I submit multiple designs?

Yes, you can. Save when you place your order with multiple designs by getting the price for the total amount ordered. Based on the same product size. A charge of $20.00 or more is applicable per group print run. Contact us if you have any questions.

Will I receive a proof before printing starts?

A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof and pre-production samples are available at an extra charge.

What is the turnaround time?

Production time is 6 to 8 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders.

How will my order be packaged?

These items are packaged in large poly bags and then boxed with packing paper. Contact us for a quote on packaging drink coasters in sets in small poly bags.
