Custom Printed Paper Napkins

Napkin colors and quality
Napkins are two-ply print quality with embossed edges and available in a wide range of colors. Not all colors are available in all the sizes though. Please contact us for more information. Take a look at the napkin colors.
Napkin printing
We letterpress print your artwork on paper napkins at our Vancouver, BC Canada shop in one color ink or foil. Foil options include matte white, metallic gold and metallic silver. A wide variety of Pantone® ink colors are available to choose from including metallic inks. Please note that white ink is transparent and has a very subtle effect. White foil is recommended which is opaque. Tone on tone napkins available as well. For multi-color printing, please contact us for more information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view past work and samples?
Additional samples of napkins are available to view on our Past Work page. We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which napkin samples you are interested in. Shipping charges may apply. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs).
How do I order custom napkins?
Go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click on the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, vector PDF files as well as PSD, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
Can I get help with the layout and design?
If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s).
Can I submit multiple designs?
Yes, you can. Each design will be printed in a separate press run. There also may be extra charges for ink wash ups. Contact us for more details.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 8 to 9 business days after the proof is approved. Time will vary for large orders.

We deliver to individuals and businesses across Canada daily, small towns to large cities. We have accounts with a number of local and leading couriers including FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post.
