Custom Printed Business Cards
There are a number of ways to showcase your brand on business cards from the finish, texture, thickness, to the color of the card stock you choose.
By creating a custom die-cut shape or round cornering, you can also emphasize your brand in a unique way. Don’t forget that the placement of your logo, ink colors and fonts are important factors as well.
The addition of gloss, matte and soft touch laminate as well as foil, embossing or debossing can give your business cards extra dimension and can highlight key information. Business cards can be digital, offset and letterpress printed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view past work and samples?
Additional samples of business cards are available to view on our Past Work page. We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which samples you are interested in. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs). Shipping charges may apply.
How do I order business cards?
Email your artwork with your job details to us or go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click on the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca.
What are the artwork guidelines?
Type, borders and logos should be 1/8″ in from product edges on all sides. For orders with bleeds (an extra amount of printed image which extends beyond the product edge), extend this image or background color 1/8″ on all sides.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, vector PDF files, as well as PSD, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
Can I get help with the layout and design?
If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.
Where are business cards printed?
We custom print business cards at our Vancouver, BC Canada shop. These high quality items are digital printed in full color CMYK and black. Foil, emboss and deboss services available as well as offset and letterpress printing. RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK when digital printed.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof and pre-production samples are available at an extra charge.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 5 to 6 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for other printing options.
