CD Case Calendars
Cards are 4 5/8″ x 5 3/8″, collated and inserted into the case. Includes a front page, 12 month cards with your photos and a year at a glance calendar at the back. Custom printed in full color on 1 side on 100lb glossy card stock.

Traditional Tent Desk Calendars with 13 flip sheets
Includes a front page custom printed in full color, 12 months and a year at a glance calendar printed in black on 80lb glossy text paper – 2 sided printing. Your logo and company info are printed on the tent in full color on 14pt glossy card stock and 18pt glossy card stock for the 9″ x 7″ size.
- 6” x 5 1/2” (flip sheets 6″ x 4 1/4″).
- 9″ x 7″ (flip sheets 9″ x 5 3/4″).
- Month fills the whole flip sheet. Both sides of the calendar display the same month.

Photo Tent Desk Calendars with 7 or 13 flip sheets

Dry Erase Magnetic Memo Calendars
Ideal for weekly planners and 12 month calendars with an area to write a memo or message. The gloss laminated surface is suitable to write on with dry erase pens. Available in card stock (18pt overall thickness) with 4 corner magnets and full magnet backs (22 mil thick). Dry erase pens and clips sold separately. Custom printed in full color (CMYK). These 12 month booklet style planners are 32 pages, stapled and include a year at a glance calendar and note page at the back. Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view past work and samples?
Samples of calendars are available to view on our Past Work page. We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which samples you are interested in. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs). Shipping charges may apply.
How do I order calendars?
Your photos and/or artwork can be emailed to us or visit our Order page to upload your files. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca. Please indicate the calendar month in your file names.
Do you provide artwork guidelines and templates?
Yes, you have the option of choosing from our templates/layout samples and we will place in your images and logo or you can supply custom artwork with photos, months and your logo in place. Contact us for more details.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi.
Can I get help with the layout and design?
If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof is available at an additional charge.
Do you have stock photos?
We offer a wide range of beautiful, high quality photos. View stock photos.
Where are calendars printed?
We custom print and make all your calendars on site at our Vancouver, BC Canada location. To showcase your brand and photos, your calendars are digital printed on high quality paper in full color (CMYK). RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK. Custom sizes and other paper options available.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 7 to 9 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders.
How will my order be packaged?
Calendars are placed flat in boxes with packing paper. Contact us for a quote on inserting the product into envelopes and poly bags.

We deliver to individuals and businesses across Canada daily, small towns to large cities.
