Custom plastic cards have many uses including gift cards, courtesy cards, cash cards, and promo cards. We also make various types of card holders which are a great way to present your custom cards to your customers.
Card holders and card sleeves
Card holders and card sleeves can be customized with your logo, brand colors and personalized messages. These items are digital printed in full color (CMYK) on glossy card stock. Other paper finishes and colored card stocks are available. We also offer foil stamping, debossing/embossing and offset printing.

Details on custom printed plastic cards
Plastic cards can be used for various types of wallet cards including VIP cards and loyalty cards. These items can be printed on synthetic card stock which is waterproof and long lasting or paper card stock which is suitable for short term use. We also offer key tag/card combos and lanyard cards.
Plastic cards have a glossy laminated finish that will highlight your artwork and provide protection. Overall thickness is 28pt. These items are digital printed in full color (CMYK). Promo codes, numbering and a signature strip can be added. Matte laminate is available as well.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view past work and samples?
Samples of card holders and plastic cards are available to view on our Past Work page. We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which samples you are interested in. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs). Shipping charges may apply.
How do I order card holders and plastic cards?
Go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
Can I get help with the layout and design?
If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.
Where are custom card holders and plastic cards printed?
We custom print and make all your plastic cards and card holders on site at our Vancouver, BC Canada location. These items are digital printed in full color (CMYK). RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK.
Can I submit multiple designs?
Yes, you can. Save when you place your order with multiple designs by getting the price for the total amount ordered. Based on the same product size. A charge of $20.00 or more is applicable per group print run. Contact us if you have any questions.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof and pre-production samples are available at an additional charge.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 7 to 8 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders.
