Invitation Printing Vancouver
We can digital, offset or letterpress print your custom artwork on 1 or 2 sides on a variety of card stocks ranging from 10pt to 18pt as well as foil stamp and emboss/deboss for an extra touch of elegance. Card stock options include coated, uncoated, recycled, and textured finishes.
Single panel and folding Invitations are available. Folding invitations are pre-scored and supplied flat. Blank and printed envelopes also available.
Minimum order for digital printing is 50 units. Contact us for more details on the other printing methods.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view past work and samples?
We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which samples you are interested in. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs). Shipping charges may apply.
How do I order invitations?
Go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click on the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, vector PDF files, as well as PSD, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof is available at an additional charge.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 6 to 7 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders, foil and emboss.
Where are invitations printed?
We custom print all your invitations on site at our Vancouver, BC Canada location. These items are digital printed in full color (CMYK). RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK. Foil and emboss available as well.

Do you ship across Canada?
We deliver to individuals and businesses across Canada daily, small towns to large cities. We have accounts with a number of local and leading couriers including FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post. So delivering to Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg, Montreal, Toronto or Halifax is no problem. We can also take care of your shipping needs to the USA.
