Custom flexible fridge magnets

Magnet types include personal and business magnets, word sets, photo frames, calendars, memos, rulers and puzzles. The flexible fridge magnets we make are either 22 or 28 mil thick with both options having strong holding power. For smaller magnet sizes, we do recommend the thicker option.

Custom fridge magnets are digital printed in full color (CMYK) with a glossy laminated finish that will enhance your artwork and provide protection.

Custom rigid fridge magnets

Rigid fridge magnets make wonderful souvenirs and giveaways that will highlight your brand and custom artwork. These items are 1/8″ thick with a raised, domed top and have strong holding power. Backing options include 1″ round magnet, full magnet back and built-in neodymium magnet.

The brilliant gloss laminated finish will enhance your artwork and provide protection. Rigid magnets are digital printed in full color (CMYK).

Dry erase magnetic memos

Available in 18pt board with 4 corner magnets and full magnet back (22 mil thick). The gloss laminated surface is suitable to write on with dry erase pens and easily wipes clean with a dry tissue or cloth. Dry erase pens and clips sold separately. Magnetic bookmarks

We produce two sizes of folded magnetic bookmarks (match book style). The overall thickness is 13pt with your custom design printed on the outside front and outside back. These items have a brilliant gloss laminated finish with magnetic ends and are digital printed in full color (CMYK).

Car door magnets and outdoor magnets

These custom printed magnets are 36 mil thick with a UV laminated surface. Vehicle magnets should be applied to a clean flat ferrous metal surface and be removed from the vehicle often for cleaning. Store flat with printed side up. Digital printed in full color (CMYK).

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order custom magnets?

Go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca. 

What are the artwork guidelines?

Type, borders and logos should be at least 1/8″ in from product edges on all sides. For orders with bleeds (an extra amount of printed image which extends beyond the product edge), extend this image or background color 1/8″ on all sides.

What artwork files do you accept?

We accept AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.

Can I get help with the layout and design?

If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.

Where are magnets printed?

We custom print and make all your magnets on site at our Vancouver, BC Canada location. Magnets are digital printed in full color (CMYK). RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK.

Can I submit multiple designs?

Yes, you can. Save when you place your order with multiple designs by getting the price for the total amount ordered. Based on the same product size. A charge of $20.00 or more is applicable per group print run. Contact us if you have any questions.

Will I receive a proof before printing starts?

A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof and pre-production samples are available at an additional charge.

What is the turnaround time?

Production time is 7 to 8 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for large orders.

How are magnetic products packaged?

All magnetic products are stacked in boxes loose with packing paper. We can insert fridge magnets into poly bags & also attach them to custom printed cards. Vehicle magnets are rolled up and inserted into a tube or box.

We deliver to individuals and businesses across Canada daily, small towns to large cities. We have accounts with a number of local and leading couriers including FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post.
