Pocket Folders Vancouver
Pocket folders (also known as presentation folders) are custom printed in full color CMYK on white 12pt glossy or matte coated card stock. Heavier paper options as well as uncoated and colored paper in various finishes can also be accommodated. If you’re looking to add a touch of elegance – foil, debossing/embossing would be perfect additions. Offset printing is available for larger press runs and Pantone® color matches.
Custom Printed Pocket Folders
Minimum order for custom printed pocket folders is 100 units. For 9″ x 12″ folders there is an option for small quantities starting at 25 with 3 1/2″ pockets. For offset printed folders, the minimum is 250.
Sizes and PDF templates:
- 4″ x 4 1/2″ folder with 1 pocket.
- 4″ x 5″ folder with 1 pocket.
- 4 1/2″ x 5 5/8″ folder with 1 pocket and card slits.
- 3 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ folder with 1 deep pocket.
- 6″ x 9″ folder with 2 pockets and card slits.
- 9″ x 12″ folder (for small quantities) with 2 – 3 1/2″ pockets and card slits.
- 9″ x 12″ presentation folder (offset printed) with 2 – 4″ pockets and card slits.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view past work and samples?
Additional samples of pocket folders are available to view on our Past Work page. We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which samples you are interested in. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs). Shipping charges may apply.
How do I order custom pocket folders?
Email your artwork and job details to us or go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click on the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, vector PDF files, as well as PSD, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
Can I get help with the layout and design?
If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.
How are pocket folders printed?
Short run orders are digital printed in full color CMYK. RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). Larger runs and Pantone® match orders will be offset printed. Pocket folders are made at our Vancouver, Canada print shop.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof is available at an additional charge.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 8 to 10 business days after the proof has been approved. Time will vary for offset printed, foil and emboss/deboss orders.
