Sticker Printing
Sticker sheets are so convenient and handy to use. Just peel off the paper label and apply. Rectangle, square, circle and oval sizes available with multiple pre-kiss cut labels per 8 1/2″ x 11″ sheet. Digital printed in full color (CMYK). Minimum order is 12 sheets. Contact us for sizes.
Custom sticker printing – paper stickers | vinyl stickers | window stickers
Paper stickers can be applied to jars, packages, products and also be used as shipping and safety labels. White uncoated and glossy coated material available with permanent adhesive. Other custom paper sticker materials include: natural kraft, fluorescent colors and block out stock.
Vinyl stickers can be applied to equipment, helmets, bikes, walls, hardhats, glass and much more. These custom products are waterproof and tear resistant with a matte coated finish. This material is available in white with permanent and removable adhesives and translucent clear with removable adhesive. Various laminates available to help protect the surface from scratching and scuffing including gloss, matte, and UV.
Window stickers are available in white and translucent clear vinyl material with removable adhesive. These custom items can be applied to the inside of a window to be read from the outside or applied to the outside of a window.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view past work and samples?
Samples of stickers are available to view on our Past Work page. We recommend you drop by or request a physical sample to be mailed or couriered to you before you place your order. This will ensure you like the product. We do keep samples of previous orders on the floor to draw from. Visit our Contact page and provide your name, address with postal code and which samples you are interested in. There is an extra charge for pre-production samples of your artwork (designs). Shipping charges may apply.
How do I order stickers?
Go to our Order page, fill in the form, choose your file(s), upload and then click on the submit your order button. If you’re using a cloud service, email us the link with the order specs to info@printedpromoproducts.ca.
What are the artwork guidelines?
Type, borders and logos should be at least 1/8″ in from product edges on all sides. For orders with bleeds (an extra amount of printed image which extends beyond the product edge), extend this image or background color 1/8″ on all sides. We can also email you a template if you need some help.
What artwork files do you accept?
We accept AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi. Create fonts to outlines and embed all links.
Can I get help with the layout and design?
If you need assistance designing your order, we’re here to help. We can also modify your supplied file(s). Contact us for a quote.
Where are stickers printed?
We custom print and die-cut all your stickers on site at our Vancouver, BC Canada location. Stickers are digital printed in full color (CMYK). RGB and Pantone® colors will be converted to CMYK.
Can I submit multiple designs?
Yes, you can. Save when you place your order with multiple designs by getting the price for the total amount ordered. Based on the same product size. A charge of $20.00 or more is applicable per group print run. Contact us if you have any questions.
Will I receive a proof before printing starts?
A PDF proof will be emailed before production begins. A printed color proof and pre-production samples are available at an additional charge.
What is the turnaround time?
Production time is 5 to 7 business days after the proof is approved. Time will vary for large orders.

We deliver to individuals and businesses across Canada daily, small towns to large cities. We have accounts with a number of local and leading couriers including FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canpar and Canada Post.
